200ml Coconut milk
1tsp Gram Masala
1tsp Ground Coriander
1tsp Coriander Leaf
2tsp Turmeric
1tsp Cumin
1tsp Cumin seeds
1tsp Fenugreek
1tsp Paprika
1tsp Garlic and Ginger puree
2tbsp Rapeseed Oil
1tbsp Tomato Puree
1tbsp Ghee
Method
Defrost the prawns
Pre-heat the oven to 200
Blitz the cauliflower in a blender and mix with 1tsp cumin seeds and 1tsp turmeric and place inn roasting tin
Put the cauliflower in the oven for 20 minutes
Chop the onion
Heat a frying pan on a medium heat
Make a paste using 2tbsp rapeseed oil, 1tsp gram masala, 1tsp coriander leaf, 1tsp ground coriander, 1tsp turmeric, 1tsp cumin, 1tsp fenugreek, 1tsp garlic and ginger puree, and 1tbsp tomato puree
Fry the paste for 30 seconds
Add the onion to the pan and cook until soft
Add the coconut milk and lower the heat to simmer for ~8 minutes
Agitate the cauliflower half way through cooking
Add the prawns and simmer for 5 minutes
